Grievance & Whistleblower Reporting Process

Submit Report
Report a grievance or whistleblower concern to us using any of the available channels.

Acknowledgement
You will receive an acknowledgement within 5 business days from us.

Investigation & Review
We will conduct an investigation into your report. Based on the nature and severity of your report, it will be handled by our Grievance Focus Person, our Grievance Committee or our Whistleblower Committee.

Resolution & Decision
You will receive a response to your report within 10-30 business days.

Appeal Process (If Needed)
If not satisfied, you can appeal within 15 business days directly to our Chief Impact & Sustainability Officer (CISO) who will review your case.
